SNOOP LION ROARS AT FENDER ARTIST SHOWROOM

Rapper draws inspiration from Fender guitars for freestyle rap

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (Aug. 20, 2013) – Mainstay rapper Snoop Lion, formerly known as Snoop Dogg, recently visited the Fender Artist Showroom in Burbank, Calif., to bust a beat inspired by Fender guitars.

The Long Beach, Calif., native was accompanied by guitarist Marlon Williams, who laid down a head-nodding irie groove for Snoop Lion to freestyle a nearly three-minute rap that recalled some of his famous riffs.

Tentatively titled “Do You Remember?” the track seems to be studio-ready, even if it was fully improvised.
